Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or placing an order. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services or purchase our products.

1. Other policies

These Terms should be read together with our:

• Any product-specific conditions displayed on the relevant product page.

These policies form part of your agreement with VisionRuya.

If these Terms conflict with a mandatory right provided by applicable consumer law, the mandatory consumer right will prevail.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order.

If you are under the age of majority in your country or jurisdiction, you may use the website only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete;
• You are legally authorised to use the selected payment method; and
• You are legally capable of entering into the purchase.

The website and our products must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes.

3. Website and product information

We try to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

However:

• Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device;
• Product packaging may change;
• Images may include props or decorative items that are not included;
• Minor manufacturing variations may occur; and
• Measurements and colours may be approximate unless stated otherwise.

We may correct genuine typographical, pricing, or technical errors. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where a product does not match its advertised description or information provided about it was misleading.

4. Products

VisionRuya sells physical planning, stationery, and related products, including the Vision — 120 Days of Becoming planner set.

The contents of each product or set are described on the applicable product page. Please review the complete product description before ordering.

Our products are intended for personal planning, reflection, organisation, and general informational purposes. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice and are not a substitute for professional services.

We do not guarantee that using a planner or following its methods will produce a particular personal, professional, financial, or wellbeing outcome.

5. Prices and currencies

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.

Prices may:

• Include or exclude taxes depending on your location and the information displayed at checkout;
• Change from time to time; and
• Differ between currencies because of exchange rates, conversion costs, taxes, or regional pricing.

The price charged is the price displayed and confirmed at checkout when you submit your order, subject to the correction of an obvious pricing error.

Your bank or payment provider may charge currency-conversion, international-transaction, or other fees. These charges are determined by the payment provider and are not controlled by VisionRuya.

6. Taxes, customs, and import charges

Depending on the delivery destination, an order may be subject to:

• Value-added tax;
• Customs duties;
• Import taxes;
• Brokerage charges; or
• Other government fees.

The checkout page will indicate whether applicable taxes or duties are included when that information is available.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local charges imposed by the destination country.

Customs processing may delay delivery. VisionRuya is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, but this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Placing an order

You can place an order by selecting a product, adding it to your cart, providing the requested information, and completing checkout.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

A binding sales contract is formed when:

• We send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched; or
• We otherwise expressly confirm acceptance of the order.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including:

• A product is unavailable;
• Payment cannot be authorised;
• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised;
• Delivery is unavailable to the selected address;
• Incorrect or incomplete information was provided;
• A material pricing or product-description error occurred;
• A purchase limit was exceeded; or
• We are legally prohibited from completing the order.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items using the original payment method.

We will not cancel or refuse orders on an unlawful or discriminatory basis.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed through WooCommerce Payments, Stripe, banks, card networks, or other authorised payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

• The information is accurate;
• You are authorised to use the payment method; and
• Our payment providers and we may process the transaction.

Payment may be subject to security checks, fraud screening, and authorisation by the payment provider.

If payment is declined or reversed, we are not required to dispatch the order until valid payment has been received.

We do not ordinarily receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Payment information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and by the applicable payment provider.

9. Fraud prevention

We may use automated and manual fraud-prevention measures to assess orders and protect our customers and business.

We may request additional information to verify:

• Your identity;
• The billing or delivery address;
• Ownership of the payment method; or
• The legitimacy of a transaction.

We may delay, decline, or cancel a transaction where we reasonably suspect fraud, unlawful activity, misuse, or a security risk.

Verification information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Shipping and delivery

Available delivery destinations, shipping methods, estimated delivery periods, and shipping charges are displayed on the website or during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Courier delays;
• Customs processing;
• Severe weather;
• Transport interruptions;
• Public holidays;
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
• Government restrictions; or
• Other events beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed, we may deduct reasonable return and redelivery costs from any refund where permitted by law.

Risk of loss or damage passes as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility that applicable law places on VisionRuya for delivery or the acts of a courier acting on our behalf.

11. Inspection, defects, and incorrect products

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Contact contact@visionruya.com as soon as reasonably possible if:

• The product is damaged;
• The product is defective;
• An item is missing; or
• You received the wrong product.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where appropriate.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights are separate from and are not limited by our voluntary return policy.

12. Returns and refunds

VisionRuya offers a 30-day return period. You must request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

To qualify for a voluntary return, the product must ordinarily be:

• Unused and in the condition in which it was received;
• In its original packaging;
• Complete with any included accessories or materials; and
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be authorised before being sent. Products returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Certain items may not qualify for a voluntary return, including:

• Personalised or custom-made products;
• Gift cards;
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons after being opened;
• Products damaged through misuse; and
• Other items excluded by applicable law.

Sale or discounted products remain eligible for any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law. Any restriction under our voluntary return policy does not remove your rights where a product is defective, damaged, misdescribed, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise protected by law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time after we issue the refund.

13. EU and UK cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel an eligible distance purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period generally begins when you or a person nominated by you receives the goods, subject to applicable law.

To exercise this right, you must clearly communicate your decision before the cancellation period expires.

You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.

Legal exceptions may apply, including for certain personalised, sealed, hygiene-sensitive, or perishable products.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights available in your country.

14. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions displayed when the promotion is offered.

Unless stated otherwise:

• A code cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Only one code may be used per order;
• A code must be used before its expiration date;
• A code cannot normally be applied after an order is placed;
• A promotion may apply only to selected products or locations; and
• A promotion may be withdrawn or corrected if affected by fraud, misuse, or an obvious error.

Any cancellation or change will not affect an order already accepted unless required by law or expressly stated in the promotion’s terms.

15. Customer accounts

You may be able to create an account to view orders, save information, or use other account features.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information;
• Keeping your password confidential;
• Restricting access to your device and account; and
• Informing us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

You must not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or access an account without permission.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

Account closure does not remove payment obligations or other responsibilities arising before closure.

16. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

• You created or have permission to submit the content;
• The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• The content does not infringe another person’s rights;
• The content is not unlawful, defamatory, threatening, deceptive, or obscene; and
• The content does not contain malicious code or unauthorised advertising.

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content for publication, you grant VisionRuya a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, format, display, and share that content for operating and promoting VisionRuya, subject to applicable law.

We may moderate, decline, or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary, but we are not required to publish every submission.

Personal data associated with submitted content is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

17. Intellectual property

The website and its content—including the VisionRuya name, logos, planner layouts, text, graphics, photographs, videos, illustrations, product designs, downloads, and website design—are owned by or licensed to VisionRuya and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the website for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content;
• Reproduce or manufacture products based on our designs;
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
• Use our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation;
• Scrape or systematically extract website content;

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

• Technical problems;
• Operational changes; or
• Events outside our reasonable control.

We may update, modify, or discontinue website features. This does not affect orders that have already been accepted or mandatory consumer rights.

We do not guarantee that:

• The website will always be available;
• Every technical error will be corrected immediately;
• Website content will meet every individual requirement; or
• Use of our planning products will produce a particular result.

22. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

• Violation of mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to those protections, VisionRuya will not be liable for losses that:

• Were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed;
• Result from misuse of a product;
• Result from inaccurate information supplied by you;
• Are caused by an event outside our reasonable control; or
• Relate to business losses where you purchased as a consumer.

If you purchase products for business or commercial use, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of business opportunity, or other indirect commercial losses, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

These limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Responsibility for unlawful use

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs incurred by VisionRuya as a direct result of your:

• Fraudulent or unlawful use of the website;
• Deliberate violation of these Terms;
• Infringement of another person’s intellectual property rights; or
• Submission of content that you had no right to provide.

This section does not apply to liability caused by VisionRuya or impose obligations prohibited by consumer law.

24. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil disturbance, epidemics, government action, customs interruption, labour disruption, transport failure, telecommunications failure, or widespread payment-network failure.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such an event and resume performance when reasonably possible.

Mandatory rights concerning cancellation, refunds, or delayed delivery remain unaffected.

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The courts of the United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to:

• Any mandatory consumer-protection rights;
• Any right you have to bring a claim in your country of residence; and
• Any alternative dispute-resolution process required by law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from making a complaint to an appropriate consumer-protection authority.

26. Changes to these Terms

• Applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Changes will not normally apply retroactively to an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

27. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

28. No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

Any waiver must be clear and applies only to the specific circumstances for which it was given.

29. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and information expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and VisionRuya concerning your use of the website and purchase of products.

They do not exclude representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
