- If accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Ship the package to: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union “Cooling Off” Period
If shipping to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet our eligibility criteria (unworn, tags attached, original packaging).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
